Year of Creative Habits: Week 11

March 13 - 19

My daily creative habit is still going strong, despite this tardy update. On Sunday, I put some color on the page and a scene emerged.

On Monday, I brushed a bit of Pthalo Green acrylic onto the page and then went searching for a pleasing color mix and images to collage.

Which prompted a lesson in color mixing the next day.

Tall Guy and I traded lines from Rocky Raccoon on Wednesday morning. The resulting earworm and lyrics, ended up in my sketchbook by the afternoon.

After that chaotic romp, I wanted to draw something and the tilted pineapple on the counter became Thursday's subject.

And week 11 was over and done. I'm edging my way back to a morning practice and toward creating some sort of a subject plan. I just don't think I'm ready to commit to a particular medium.

Any thoughts?
